Unlock your creativity and let your emotions flow with our workshop designed for individuals between the ages of 12-16 years. At MENTAL CARE and the Art Factory, we believe in the power of art to release emotions, and that's why we provide all art supplies and materials needed for the workshop. The only thing you are required to bring is yourself! Each participant will have their own personal workspace to create their artwork, and our team of professionals will guide you through the process. There will only be five participants per workshop to allow for a seclusive environment where you feel safe to truly express yourself. Our team has an understanding, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach that will ease your ability to unlock your true, authentic self. Join us for an emotional release that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
